Ok since I'm not into the whole "heavy makeup" thing I'd say either a regular chaptstick, or carmex, and if it's somewhere fancy or casual, a light pink, peach, or nude colored lip gloss to add shimmer or color. When talking to people, they mostly look into your eyes, and lips. eyes is fine, but no one really wants to chat with someone with white crusty dry cracke (I could go on and on haha) lips. Not attractive, and not ladylike.

Deodorant, you may not categorize it as "Make-up" but it is the only absolutely essental item adult females and males can't or shouldn't leave home without applying first. Have Fun, and God Bless, Martha S.

Carmex is my personal necessity as I always have badly chapped lips and I'm prone to cold sores.
I do agree with Martha S. about deodorant. I keep that in my purse at all times just in case.

Flirt! lip gloss #19 grape cooler. Its my fav. It goes for 10$ at Kholes.

Definitely lipstick. I keep one in the car just in case I forget to take mine with me in my purse. I try to buy 2 of the same and keep one in my car. I look sick without it.

Lipstick or at least chapstick.
I that dry lip feeling. I think that a little color in your lips makes you look less washed out, too.
