There is only one hope that I see . That most are so ignorant that they will wipe out themselves first. To handle most of the bad thing like strontium 90 will get u killed. Try it with flower .
1 pound of flower placed in the corner play like it is radio active . now move the flower to a Coffey can in the other corner and don't get cluster than 5 ft. don't get it on u or spill any. See what the problems are.
Good luck

Not difficult, if you confine yourself to chemical weapons. Biologicals are more difficult, and atomics more difficult still, because obtaining the special nuclear materials (weapons-grade U235 and Pu239) is costly. But there are lots of both of those around, and much of it is not very well secured. It is fairly difficult to build a bomb using Pu239; the North Koreans tried it and it did not work well. But building one out of U-235 is a piece of cake; I designed a workable (but not very good) one when I was in seventh grade. The uranium bomb that destroyed Hiroshima had never been tested before it was used. (The test in New Mexico in 1945 was of a plutonium bomb of the kind that destroyed Nagasaki.)

Chemical, biological bombs and radiation dirty bombs are a possibility. It just needs money, time and an internet connection.
