Does anyone know where I can find a book or website, for BEGINNERS that can teach how to draw Naruto characters. PLEASE AND THANK-YOU

the art section of your local library you know that building with books of all kinds in it well in that big building is a section call art and in that is a section called drawing.... bingo ....you can see what it is you want then just check it out for free.... scan the pages that you want to work from and take the book back.... the only thing you have to remember is that you have to be quiet in the library .... seriously that is the place to shop then if you find what you want order it used from amazon
