I know Frontpage, but I want to use microsoft word to make homepage. Does anyone know this?

It will display something as a homepage, but you certianly do not want to use it as your main editor.
Dreamweaver is not for novices. The easiest thing I can suggest if you are used to word, is Microsoft Frontpage. It is easy to use, and will have you up in no time.

you would possibly want to do it in note if ou plan on doing all textual content yet i often use note pad for that. attempt getting a replica of FrontPage or DreamWeaver. also if you're somewhat solid with photoshop you should use that and create dazzling designs.

Look, I'll be as honest as I can be.

Don't, just don't. -- It produces incorrect HTML, which is hardly readable by most computers, it's utterly useless as a website builder.

Download a decent designer which gives good XML/HTML coding, (clean stuff is always good) such as DreamWeaver.

When you save your document, save it as .html instead of .doc
