I heard that they just started unpushing CM Punk. He's the biggest star on ECW and probably best contender for the Title yet Vince McMahon and his buddies are upset that he got a bigger pop than DX at Survivor Series. And now we got a fourth of the SmackDown roster on ECW and WWE rules with WWE officials in a WWE ring. Wow that smells like a really bad idea. WWE should either scrap ECW or call it something completely different. I'm sure many others like me had been excited about the return of ECW but now look at it! People like Tommy Dreamer, RVD, and Sabu want to leave. WWE's just treating the originals like crap along with CM Punk. This is horrible. Look out for spring when TNA iMPACT gets better ratings than ECW.

It's not the same as the old ECW. The old ECW was total extreme. The ECW committee don't want to see the total extreme again because there were a lot of fans that go injured in the old ECW events. The fans that got injured in the old ECW, sued the company. That's why the old ECW went under. When the committee had another chance to open another origination, they brought back THE NEW BREED of ECW. And then they bought TNA, just in case something else happens again in the new ECW.

Oh it is beyond bad. How can it be ECW and all matches not be under Extreme Rules. You don't have to get the crowd involved but ECW is supposed to be Extreme. There is nothing Extreme about the new breed. It sucks. But to get off subject, I have been able to find any info to support the WWE acquisition of TNA. Is this just WWE fans wishful thinking?

is not as it used to be.. But "extreme" doesn't necesarily mean "hardcore". Remember great non-hardcore wrestlers that really made a huge impact in ECW, like Super Crazy and Tajiri.

RVD, CM Punk, Dreamer, Sabu, Funk.... Dunno, I can't complain.
I think ECW is fine just the way it is.
(missing Mick Foley I guess. That stupid gimmik of turning his back on ecw, but anyways)

everyone thinks it is, it's nothing like the original ECW and it never will be because mr mcmahon hates that kind of wrestling.

Pure dung!

Stopped pushing Punk.
RVDs contract is soon up.
Sabu is a jobber.
Dreamer is basically dead.
No one has heard of the FBI.
Sandman has been made a joke of.

...and all because of Sparky Plug and Andrew "Test" Martin. I think martin is his last name. doesn't matter, they both stink.
