hey misshopper,
it as you know from the other posts is not free. And you know there is a free viewer. If you go to http://office.live.com you can get a free 60 day trial of powerpoint 2007. that is as close as you can get legally.

however openoffice made a progam that does the same things and its free. Many people and businesses have adapted thier use to openoffice.

check that out too, http://www.openoffice.org and it will leave you with more money for shopping on other things.

Power Pint the App is not free and you will have to purchase it from Microsoft. But on Microsoft you can get Powerpoint viewer it is freeware, but you will only be able to view powerpoint files and not compile powerpoint files. You can try open office it has a great slide show maker.

You can get a free PowerPoint viewer.

But the actual program would be theft, as it against copyright.
If they found out you could be sued to X amount, etc etc.

I doubt it would work anyway, unless it's PowerPoint 97, as the newer versions have (pretty decent for Microsoft) secure verification.

Basically, it's illegal, don't bother.
