Hang em up in the closet

I fold the sleeves in so they are laying on top of the torso. Then i fold that in half across the torso and in half again from my neck to my abdomen. Afterwards I smooth them out. It always works. The only thing I can recommend other than that is ironing them.

Lay flat on the front, flip arms back across the back of the sweater. Fold the sweater in half, and you are done. Never had this problem, my answer might be why.

Hang them in your closet. That is probably the best way to avoid wrinkles, as long as you don't have too many clothes crammed in there.
