I like cheese as much as the next person, but if you did that you probably would have to follow up with the all prune diet to get things moving again.

I know it would work to reduce body weight in the both of use using he same can, we can work out so hard calories will be going like crazy
so yes I believe it will work on the proper cheeze-wiz diet

Absulutely NO! Do not do that! Your be so darn constipated that it might cause other problems. Just stop eating white sugar and white flour. Stay away from candy and eat moderately. Drink water and watch how slim you get.

You get calcium & protein, maybe some Vitamin D but that's about it. You'd better be taking one heck of a multivitamin if you try that, lol.

Yes, it will help you to have a heart attack because your main
arteries will be clogged with all the grease of the cheese.

you will probably get constipated...and eventually tire fo cheese..possibly forever so that the sight of a mozzarella stick makes you gag...that would be unfortunate to lose cheese if it's your favorite...moderation and variety!~ :) good luck~

Its a well know fact that cheese can make you constipated you wont lose much if you cant get rid of it.
