there are three answers to this. for all around insane speed, the bugatti Veyron 16.4......for reliability,fuel economy and just a classy car, anything Toyota. and my personal favorite, the 2007 Corvette Z06. 7.0L 427 (LS7) 505 hp 0-60 3.4 sec 0-100 7.7 sec 1/4 mile 11.7@127 mph top speed 215. fuel economy 16 city 26 hwy. no where else will you find a 70k car out performing a 200k super car in EVERYTHING! beats the Ferrari F430, hangs with the Enzo, beats the porsche GT1,2,3, smokes the Lambo Gallardo and mercialgo and yes, it beats the Ford GT it is a phenominal car! i own a 2004 Z06 and hardly anyone will race me. well, the ones that wont race me have already been smoked by me and they know what i have.....625 hp to the ground. anyway, the Corvette is my personal fave.

When it comes to American muscle, give me a 69 Camaro SS with a 427 V-8, Tremec 5 speed transmission, and dual Flowmaster exhaust sporting 3 inch chrome pipes...sitting on 18 inch chrome Torque Thrust II's and Goodyear Eagles F-1 rubber...maybe a Vortech supercharger..500 horses easy.
For a tuner, let me get a Nissan Skyline GTR-34 with twin HKS turbochargers, carbon fibre hood, Bombex widebody kit, APR wing, 19 inch OZ Superleggeras and Toyo or Yokohama rubber...again, all I want is 500 horses

In my opinion, those are the best cars from the muscle, tuner, and euro sports car worlds but according to the stats and automotive experts...The Bugatti Veyron 16.4 is the best car in the world..quad turbocharged, 8.5 litre W-14 engine....7 speed gearbox....this car is faster than the Saleen 7, the Benz /Mclauren SLR.....Ferrari Enzo..Porsche Carrera GT...Lamboghini Mucielago...even the Mclauren F-1...check the Guinness Book of World Records..it's also the most expensive car in the world..it costs 1,5 million dollars....a fortune...it's the Supercars that other Supercars claim to be!
