I just heard Ingrams version...personally i like Hinders better but why isn't this a big fight...who wrote it???

Hinder's lead singer, Austin Winkler, wrote the song. It's a true story. He had the situation happen to him and was telling one of the other band members about it. They sat down and wrote a song.

hinder wrote it and theres not going to be a legal battle cus they discussed it. havent you ever heard of someone singing other peoples music before. Like whitney houston sing dolly patrons I will always love you or uncle craker singing drift away. its called a remake and it happens all the time. personally I like Hinder more but Ingrams version is not bad and I love country music. Just enjoy the music and dont let matters you cant control worry you.

Hinder sings it well. tis a great song as well as their other song Better than me* awsome song also*
Never heard "ingram" sing it,.not even sure who ingram is...but...if Hinder wrote it im' sure you'll see a law suit*

It's a country version and it sucks.I like the original one better too.
