I served in the military for 23 years, so I already did my part about protecting America. How about you, sparky?
And I pledge allegiance to NO man. My allegiance is to my country, no matter who leads it, no matter if I like the leader or not. (A lesson some folks could learn.)

Actually, I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States
of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one
nation, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. We should
elect those that we think will try to protect America and
then back them up. If they don't do the job, then we look
at the next men/women running for office and vote for those
we think can do a better job, and then replace the present
heads of state at the end of their term. That's the American
way.

Bush is a man, hired to do a job. I swear fealty to the office of the President of the United States, so long as that office is subject to the legal judgements of the Judicial Branch and the legislative whims of a freely elected congress.

It does not matter if you are neutral or not. Bottom line there are no guarantees in life period. Is he doing his best to protect America, without a doubt. We were attacked by terrorist 8 times under Clintons watch, tell me one thing he did to protect America. Can you Guarantee me that Congress will not shut down federal aid to our troops. Come on Guarantee me this. You see, no guarantees in life!!!
