If you have to ask, you probably aren't. But here's an easy test to try.
Get some M&Ms and a friend. Shut your eyes and have a friend pick one M&M and hold it in her hand. See if you can guess the color. Try it ten times. If you're right over half the time, you have more prominent 6th sense than most people.
As someone who is...I knew when I was very, very young.

We are all born psychic or intuitive.
Some are more intuitive than others and some are more in tune to it. Some never use it or even believe it is there and so that talent will lay dormant a lifetime.
We are all intuitive to some degree and actually we should use it. It is a talent given by God for our lives. It is that "GUT" feeling you get when you know something is right or wrong.
Never go against your gut feelings. They will prove to be correct 99% of the time.
Psychic is a form of intuition. A psychic can have many forms some involving hearing, feeling, seeing, or dreaming. Anyone can strengthen their psychic nature and there are many books on the subject.
First you must believe. If you are not a believer you will never be able to use your talents.
Here are some ways to notice your abilites:
Are you having Vivid Dreams?
Do you get information on others that comes true?
Can you talk with spirits or get their messages?
Do you see things that others do not see?
Can you look at someone and know what they are thinking?
Is Deja Vu a real part of your life?
Are you always getting messages from somewhere?
Do you get feelings of things to come?
If you have many of these or even a few, you are openning up your THIRD EYE to you psychic abilites.

Sadly all evidence is to the contrary of ANYONE being psychic (yes, it would be cool, but oh well)
Astrologists, Readers, Psychics and the like are either honestly mistaken about their abilities (deluded, or just not familiar with probability) or intentionally trying to fool others (for money, influence, ego).
Obviously nobody likes to hear that they can't do, or aren't good at, something. I mean, I used to think I had a great singing voice until...
Anyway, the point is NO ONE, when tested for accuracy, has been any more consistent with their predictions that what statisticians would expect from pure chance (or training in cold and warm reading) - its simple, objective probability (at least my singing was subjective). In any case, watch the first two videos (links), check out the evidence for yourselves.
Up to this point I am certain I have angered some folks who really think they have the gift, well to you I say, take The Million Dollar Challenge (last link), prove me wrong and win yourselves some cash. Otherwise, quit claiming such nonsense.

Just like everyone has the innate ability to touch, taste and smell, we all have a psychic ability. Some are more developed than others due to natural ability and practice.
For example: Michael Jordan and I can both run with a basketball. I wasn't born with his ability, but I didn't practice it either, so MJ is obviously going to be a lot better at it than me.

You shouldnt be asking this question if you are and you would already know.
Its not something anyone else can tell you you either are psychic or not.

You'll know by ethier trying to make something move by focising on it or by staring st some one for a really long time then you may be able to hear their inner thoughts it's really kewl.....
