The "easiest" way to learn things depends on your learning style. Do you learn best by watching, listening, or actually manipulating things? I have linked to a site that has a survey that will tell you which is your prefered learning style.

Check out the survey found on this website, then follow the suggestions they give you:

The easy way is to write all the formulae on one page u r going through n try to read them when ever u get a chance..Another very useful tip is that, make a sentence of the alphabets used in formula n then remember these sentences. u'll never forget the formula..
For example in trigonometry to find the values of sin x, cos x and tan x, we use formulae:
sin x =p/h

cos x =b/h
&
tan x =p/b

As p=perpendicular of the triangle
b= base ....
h= hypotinuos ....

to remembers these formulae i have a senetece

"Some People Have Curly Brown Hair Through Proper Brush"

so first letter of every word in the sentence refer to the three formulae above..
Got it!!!!!!!!

Print them with minuscule fonts on a rubber sheet which you use as a garnment. In the exam just stretch the relevant part of the rubber to reveal the formula.

I really wonder why anyone would have to learn formulas nowadays. I am an engineer and except for the most obvious ones (V=RI, P=VI), I use the internet for any formula.

By understanding them. In many cases, if you understand what's happening, you won't even need to memorize the formula, because you'll be able to deduce it yourself, based on the concepts involved. You need to be a little more specific in order for us to give you a good example.

Understand why they are what they are.

I almost never memorize formulas. I don't have to because the relationship between things is obvious if you understand them.

However, if you must, it's a "practice makes perfect" scenario. Do practice problems over and over. It will help.

Try to understand what they do and how. That will also make it possible to reconstitute them, should you forget.
