How do you audtion for Endurance Season 6? Any ideas for the video tape?

i know that we have to a tape for the audtition....wat should i put in the tape? any ideas. Im going to audition for season 6....where do we get the application and stuff...i looked online and all i got was the season 5 application.

I know somebody who got into the show and what they did I think was put them doing things they enjoy and are good at (preferably physical activities). You would also want to state why you would be good for the show and show them; like say you are competitive and then put a clip of you doing well in a competitive sport.
