Yes they will but they didn't rot because of whitespot (ich) they rotted because of fin/tailrot.

I assume that by "whitespots" you mean ichtheosis. If you have cured the illness (medicinal additives for your aquarium water are available at your pet shop), yes the fins will grow back. Good luck, this may take some time so be patient and vigilant in keeping an eye out for new outbreaks of "ick".

Yes they will grow back
but white spot doesn`t cause the fin`s to rot its either fin rot or other fish nibbling them that's caused it

yes they do grow back.go to your nearest pet store and buy this stuff called pimafix.it helps rotting fins and other body problems. the white spots was probably ick or velvet disease.if you got rid of that and your fish are still alive then i believe they deserve to live dont you.
