I wanna be an actress but i've been working so hard at school and I 'm now specialising in scientific subjects (wich I also like). Choosing the actress thing means starting a whole new chapter and giving up everything I've worked so hard for. So, Should I choose acting (after high school) or should I stick to science?

you should stick to science since you have learn that before in school. It is hard to start all over again

That isn't something anyone can answer for you. Only you can come around to figuring out what really means the most to you.
Personally, if it were me or if it were one of my kids, I'd vote for the science thing. I tend to favor the more academic atmosphere of many scientific environments, and I think there is more contribution to be made (not to mention intellectual and emotional fulfillment).
Only a small percentage of people who aim to be actors make it big, and the rest often get mediocre work and live in a questionable environment.
If you really, really, "need" to be an actress then, obviously, you'll know that and follow through. If, on the other hand, you just think its nice to do and would like to keep having acting in your life, you could look into doing theatre on the side.
Ask yourself what you feel in your upper arms when you imagine being a actress and what you feel when you imagine making a contribution in a scientific setting. Maybe you won't feel anything, but sometimes the thing that is really right for you can somehow (and in a way I can't describe) be felt in your upper arms.

Remember That Not All Asparing Actresses MAke It To The Red Carpet. If Your Good. GO FOR IT. But also have something to fall on If you fail. If that fallback is Science, Make Sure They'll accept you again if you fail. I They don't, don't go for it. If they do, why not!!!! Have full exoeriences and do what your heart tells you. You are in control of your own life.
