Hard to say without being there to test drive it, however, I would check - out cv joints & wheel bearings. Humming noises & vibrations are usually assosiated with cv joints & bearings. Worn or damaged CV joints usually make the most noise and vibrations when turning. Tires out of balance in most cases do not make a humming noise. There is also, on most cars, a thin metal backing plate beside the brake rotor that could be scraping the rotor when turning. However this would not cause a vibration, just a scraping noise. Hope this narrows things down a bit for you.
GOOD LUCK!

Could be anything from an alignment issue to a cracked bearing race. Could also be a bent tie rod, or a distorted CV Joint, or a damaged stearing rack. You need to have a mechanic look at it.

Either your tire is touching part of the car or the tire wasn't balanced and starts vibrating under certain conditions.

It could be the rim was lightly damaged or it needs to be balanced better.
