Lots of community colleges offer ASNs to nurses and they can't reject you because of poor grades (must be 2.5 or higher to apply).

Most Community Colleges offer an Associate Degree in Nursing. You won't need to worry about your grades to get into the school, but you WILL Have to worry about them getting into the nursing programs there. Nursing is a very competitive field now. My school requires a 3.0 GPA to even be considered...and there is no guarantee that you will get it in, even if you have a 4.0.

Talk with an advisor at a local Community College. They will be able to point you in the right direction.

I would recommend studying nursing at the university level. It is talk that all nurses will need to have a bachelors degree in nursing to practice in the future. This degree will give you more opportunities if you want to go to graduate school or work in public health. Good Luck!
