My broadband connection keeps dropping. I suspect it's the router going wonky, as I know it's set up OK. Or is this a line problem? I'm not getting any real support from this Indian company called BT.

I had a similar problembut with BTVoyager105. After about 6 mnths they told me I was too far from my local exchange and consequently reduced my speed from 2 mb to 1 mb which solved the problem. Fortunately I found this was OK for me. They also sent 2 engineers round who re-wired from my main junction box to where I have the Comp. and as a result I dont even need the filters for my phones

I would suggest you carry out a fresh installation and follow the on screen instruction properly.Sometimes the weather can even cause your broadband speed to drop dramatically e.g heavy rain, thunderstorm, lighten can affect your broadband speed.Another cause might be exchange distance from your provider.Having said that you still need to contact your Internet service provider if after re-installation the problem still persist
