I know that Nth metal could help him heal fast but I don't think it would be enough to win the fight.

He is going to strike fast and hard and fly as fast as he could. The Hulk will beat him hand to hand without a doubt, because of his superior strength and healing factor. If the Hulk grabbed Hawkman's wings----goodbye Hawkman.
Hawkman would have to come up with some sort of plan to either trap the Hulk in something unbreakable or just call for help, which is what he should do anyways.

Actually, I’m not so sure that Nth metal could help him heal quickly, unless they’ve changed the mythos recently in order to give Hawky new capabilities. The Nth metal I always knew was simply an antigravity metal, which means that Hawkman doesn’t have to flap to lift his own weight against gravity. He just has to maneuver where he goes. Personally, I think Katar Hol’s best chance of surviving against the hulk is to stay out of his way. (He can jump awfully high, with those gamma-strong legs of his!)
Then, too, I don’t believe that any ancient Earth weapons are going to have much of a chance against the Hulk. Now, if he used some advanced Thanagarian weapons, that might be another story.
Hawkman;s BIG advantage is the Absorbascon (sp?) which enabled him to learn the language of birds and all Earth languages and theoretically he has all knowledge stored in his subconscious. With that, he might be able to think up a plant that would succeed, even against the Hulk.

Its impossible the hulk can NEVER die.... remeber the angrier the hulk is the stronger he is..... and hawkman cant do much except try and fly away but the hulk can jump very high :) . The only hero that i can think of that can beat the Hulk is Thor seeing as how thor is a god
