i have taken many medicines but they haven't shown any result. none of my dresses suit me.i really feel ashamed when my friends comment on this.please recommend some good exercises.

23 and very small breasts! That's perfect. I 'm sure they are adorable. Don't wish for larger breasts, enjoy the ones you have. I know I would. I think your friends are envious of you. Just tell them how good they feel!

Mine are relatively small as well (32B/34A). Medications don't work and exercises may increase the size of the pectoral muscles behind your breasts but because the breasts are mostly fat tissue there is very little you can do to increase them next to surgery. You can try to make your breasts appear larger by choosing clothing that enhances what you have rather than works against it.
Heart shaped or V-shaped necklines are very flattering even on small breasted women. Taylored jackets and blouses that are fitted at the waist and end right at the hips or slightly below will enhance an hourglass figure and balance the hips and the breasts. Avoid horizontal lines across the top and look for tops with delicate embellishments and textures like lace. Also try wearing a bra with a soft but molded cup and an underwire. The bra will lift your breasts to create cleavage but not be very bulky or overly padded.

I don't know any really good exercies but I do know that before I got married I was a 34/c and then I got married and I have been married for 4-5 months now and we have sex all the time, sometimes 5-6 times a day and now my boobs are 34/DD. Having alot of sex makes your boobs grow.

Exercises do not increase breast size. The only option to increase breast size is surgery. Learn to accept them or you will forever be insecure, and this is not a good start on life.

the only way i know is not through sex, if you can get somebody to be massaging them for you, i will bet you will be surprised to the outcome, just that it may lead to sex.
