Solve this riddle?

Imagine this,

You have to cross a shakey, wavering bridge. One of the ropes holding the bridge is about to snap, and you realize that you can only make 2 trips to get your cargo across. You are traveling with a hungry calf, a hungry wolf, and a big bag of apples. You can only carry two things at a time. And you have to make sure to deliver them to the zoo, in good health. How would you carry your calf, wolf, and bag of apples across the bridge?

It appears some of you have got the right answer. So as a tie breaker, if you guys are interested. I have another riddle. whoever gets this will be the winner.

A 99 year old man is outside walking in a field. Suddenly he sees a giant bean stalk. At the top of that bean stalk sits a ticking clock. What does it mean?

Take the wolf and the apples across, leave them. Go back and grab the calf. Then go to the zoo. The wolf wont eat the apples, so leaving the wolf with the apples is kosher.

I'd carry the apples and the calf first and drop the calf off on the other side. I'd take the apples back with me and get the wolf and bring both the apples and the wolf over.

If I left the apples alone with either of the animals, they'd eat them and if I left the calf and the wolf alone together the calf would be eatten by the wolf so as long as nothing is left alone with something else, the three items should make it safely to the zoo.

feed the bag of apples to the hungry animals. why in the world would you have a nice bag of apples and NOT feed them to the hungry animals if you knew they were hungry? then you have one arm for each of the animals

i dont know about the second riddle, but i was the first one to answer your first riddle correctly...usually how that workz is i win. but do what ever ya wanna do.
