are at a disadvantage in the job market??? Is the old and tired look going to get you hired?? Do employers want someone who is youthful and energetic and less likely to raise their insurance premiums by getting sick with some major disease? Have you ever heard of the "golden parachute?" It's sad but it's a fact of this society.

actually, its the other way around. today's employer, usually takes the older worker, over the younger. when an older person walks in to apply, the employer sees a potential employee who, will be at work every day and, on time with years of experience and, knowledge. unfortunately, with the younger worker, this just isn't the case. the ones that We used to have, came dragging in 30 to 45 minutes late every day. they were rude to our customers and, once they got to work, they didn't want to do any as if providing them with a labor free paycheck was, our only reason for being in business. companies are in business to make money, they are not charities and, the sooner the younger generation figures that out, the sooner they can become contributing members of society.
