They're called Proxies.

Do a Google Search on them. There's hundreds, some may be banned so I won't give you a list, but search yourself

" Free Online Proxy " normally works. Not that I advise or condone any such behaviour.

The name is a proxy. But the ones you access through a website are called web based proxies and are different then just regular IP based proxies....
