This is kinda embarrasing question, but I wil take my chance. I am looking for some natural (non chemical) remedy to get rid of vaginal odor after menses. I don't have any infections (already have a med check). Does anybody knows some tips, advises for this please?. Thanx so much in advance.

Some people will tell you to douche. Don't! This will wash away some of your body's natural cleansers and set you up for infections.
Do bathe regularly. Wash your pubic area thoroughly with a gentle soap or shampoo and rinse completely. dry yourself well, even in between the folds. Lightly powder the crotch of your panties with baby powder. Drink body cleansing drinks like cranberry juice or a tall glass of water with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. Wear cotton underwear. After bathing, allow your naked body to breathe for a while, if possible.

Not an embarrassing question at all...

First, not matter what anyone tells you-- don't douche! This can make odor worse by disrupting the ph balance of your vagina.

Second--If you had a recent check up call them and make sure they checked specifically for a condition called bacterial vaginosis. This is not an STD, but rather an imbalance in vaginal bacteria. One of the symptoms is a stronger smell after your period.

Third-- make sure you wear cotton panties. They're more breathable than nylon or other synthetics.

Fourth-- wash your genital area with an anti-bacterial soap, such as Lever or Phisoderm.

Fifth-- Sleep without panties. Give your vuvlva time to air out and breathe.

Hope this helps!

Your vagina is self cleaning and unless the ordor is really foul, the smell is normal. Soaps, sprays and perfumes can be too harsh on delicate skin so it is recommended that you not use them. Instead wash the pubic area with a very mild cleanser like Summer's Eve and make sure you dry it well. You may also want to trim the hair down there to allow more of a circulation of air around the skin and to limit the amount of sweat that is trapped in the hair. Change your (cotton)underwear everyday or more (if it's really hot and you are sweaty). And try sleeping without panties.

Other than that a slight odor is normal and believe me nobody else can smell it.

Usually, all you need to do is shower or bathe and cleanse the area with soap and water. Your vagina will cleanse itself. Douching is an option, but is often not recommended because it can upset the natural chemical balance of the vagina, leading to infections. There are vinegar and water douches that do not contain chemicals, but yo have to read the labels carefully. I would recommend just taking a nice soak in the tub. That should be all you need. Good luck.

Yes.
Take a pro biotic.
They sell it at many health food stores.
It replaces beneficial bacteria in your vagina, so that the bacteria that is causing the smell can be balanced out.

Do NOT douche.
Douche's kill all the bacteria down there(beneficial or not) and will only make the problem worse!
