Not only did he score his first loss fair and square (rare that a heel pins a face fairly), but it looks like Punk is not going to get as big a push as what he was. Heyman was a big Punk fan and wanted to push him to the main event, but with Heyman out of the picture, don't expect Punk to be in the main event picture any time soon. Your thoughts?

I am not jumping on the CM Punk ban waggon. Personally I don't see anything in our out of the ring that says Champion. And I also don't get why people like his clean cut gimick so much. I think it is boring as hell.
Reguardless though, I am suprised that his push will slow down. Like all of you said, he is well over with the crowd. And with champs like Cena, Batista, and Lashley, it seems like all you need to become a champ is to be over with the crowd. Personally, I could really care less about his slow down. The only thing I like about him is the tats.
And to the idiot who said Punk is a more deserving champ than Holly? Are you out of your mind? Holly has wrestled for almost 15 years and has had injury after injury. Angle broke his arm, Lesnar broke his neck, he had that staff injection, and the 24 stiches in his back (finished the match by the way). Your going to tell me Punk is more deserving?
