Its when your touching your private parts and enjoying it. thats what masturbation is... some people uses thier fingers while others perfer sex toys and some like both.
If you get a good feeling when your touching yourself then you are masturbatiing.
If you have a friend thats very open to sex.... you should talk to her/him. Im sure they won't mind telling you. The open ones are usually happy to talk about it even if your a newbie to it.
Especially if the person is the kind that loves to explain anything like a teacher would :-)
