amazing,,most of you seem to support bush,s war dreams and resent the fact that he lied to go to war...interesting,and a personal attack on me too,how thoughtfull,,

It would take investigating committees to come up with actual crimes that Bush has committed (not that I think there aren't any, I believe there are) and those committees would have a huge task in front of them that could never be completed and presented to justify impeachment before he is due to leave office anyway. I think that the majority of Congress realizes the reality of this, and does not wish to waste their time when they have a war, terrorism, and immigration to deal with. Bush will leave office criminally unscathed, but personally defeated, left to ponder his mistakes over the rest of his life. Those who thirst for his "blood" will have to be content with that I believe.

I think Congress has more important things to worry about than retribution against Bush. Even though, the same couldn't be said about the Congress ten years ago when they impeached Clinton for getting some in the Oval Office.

In order for the president to be impeached, he has to commit a crime first. I'll leave up to capitol hill. They are the professionals after all.
