No, do not feel insulted by that statement. Some of the best things in life take up much time and energy to achieve. It is the good things that are in demand, many want it, and that can include people.

Demanding? Demanding what? Feel insulted? Insulted for what?

If you mean if someone I care for calls me with a demanding attitude, what would I say? I would ask them what the problem is.

No, I would not feel insulted. I would feel they are up tight about something and need to get it out in the open.

If you mean THEY are calling ME demanding, what would I say? Again, I would ask them what the problem is.

Again, No, I would not feel insulted. Again, I would feel they are up tight about something and need to get it out in the open.

You see... people I care about, care about me too.

I suppose it's in what context that they use the term and if it's accurately applied.

I am a demanding person, so I generally don't mind it when someone says such a thing, unless they say it at a time when i think that I'm being very accomodating.

evaluate yourself and see if they're telling the truth. ask them in what way they find you to be demanding.

What good will come of feeling insulted? If they said it, then they probably have a reason and it might be a good idea to try and find out if it's legit so you can fix it, or if it's bogus so that you can tell them to piss off.

demanding? what? you need to be more specific, are they demanding in a bad way "dont talk to me", or a good way "go get me some milk and we can drink it together."
