That wikipedia article you just quoted actually translated the phrase like this "The Imam said that this regime occupying Jerusalem (een rezhim-e ishghalgar-e qods) must [vanish from] the page of time (bayad az safheh-ye ruzgar mahv shavad).[8]"

Meaning, that the state of Israel must vanish from the page of time, sounds pretty close to wiped off the map to me.
