I need to write a paper about a living biologist. Anyone know of any website where I can find information about biologists such as their resume, experiments, recent published articles? Can anyone recommend a biologist?

James Dewey Watson
His specialty area of study is deoxyribonucleic acid, also know as DNA.

He would be pretty cool..s

Or find out who is currently studying on the human genome project, stem-cell research or mammalian cloning. Any of those topics would be very interesting..

Go to your local public library. Ask to see the Occupational Outlook Handbook. There are descriptions of all kinds of professions in it. Included in the information: the description of the job, the type of education one needs to enter the field, the different types/related jobs and the salary expectations.

As for current biologists- I suggest you contact a local college or university. Biology is taught at colleges and universities by professors and part-time faculty. You may be able to "fill" in the gaps by interviewing one or two of these teachers. They may be able to give you more information as well.
