i have 100$ to spend on any prepaid phone and prepaid phone card. i need to no wat is the best phone and wat is the best card out there under 100$. so wat is a good prepaid phone under 100$ and wat is a good card under 100$?

I don't know if it is under 100$,or is it a prepaid phone,but the best phone for me is SAMSUNG SGH-E530.

try virgin mobile. they have phone plans just like regular cell phone companies. I pay 34.95 a month for 300 anytime minutes and 1000 night and weekends. They have other plans. Website is www.virginmobileusa.com
