which do you like best? i like them bolth but not as much as Green Day!

Fall Out Boy by far. Their songs are less repetitive than Panic At The Disco. Also, the videos are always off the wall and catch your attention. I can honestly see Fall Out Boy staying around a lot longer and I hope to hear more from them.

I would have to say Panic!, but without Fall out boys Pete wentz there wouln't be any Panic!. I like panic! cause of their theatrical performances and their off the wall videos with catchy lyrics. They had huge success in 06 and working on a 2nd album.
Panic! at the Disco is an alternative rock band from Las Vegas, Nevada.
The band has created a fusion sound that combines elements of pop punk, emo, electronica, indie rock and dance.

P!ATD is known for their old-style circus style of shows, where they bring an entourage of contortionists and dancers on stage with them as they perform. At their recent show at The Theater at Madison Square Garden, Panic! at the Disco performed covers of "Killer Queen" by Queen, and "Eleanor Rigby" by The Beatles. They also had a notable performance in Times Square during the New Year's Eve celebrations in December 2006/January 2007 with Carson Daly. They performed two of their hit songs, "Lying is the Most Fun a Girl Can Have Without Taking Her Clothes Off" (last performance in 2006) and "I Write Sins Not Tragedies" (first performance in 2007).

But I like them too, yea. (Panic! at the Disco and Fall Out Boy sound very similar though.)

Panic! At the Disco they are way better then fall out boy but that's just my opinion......fall out boy could do alot better but they dont....even though pete wentz from FOB was the one who helped Panic! get started anyway i just like all their funky sounds and voices its cool oh and Green Day is cool too

Ah yeah Green Day's awesome..but I prefer Fall Out Boy over Panic! because they did find Panic! and made them who they are today..although Panic!'s lyrics are catchier too.

i agree. green day first. (although i like their stuff from 10 years ago better) then fall out boy, then panic!
