Trojans:
Aphrodite, because Paris picked her for the golden apple
Poseidon, because he hated the Greeks
Ares, patron of Prince Hector
Apollo, in retribution for Agamemnon's insult to priest Chryses (Apollo also guided Paris' arrow that killed Achilles)
Artemis, supporting her brother Apollo and her hatred for Agammemnon
Greeks:
Hera, because Paris rejected her
Athena, because Paris rejected her
Zeus, because he favored the Greeks (for the most part)
Hermes and Hephaestus, because they followed Zeus
Neutral:
Hades
Demeter
Hestia
Note: I just found this, "Poseidon supported the Greeks. After he helped build the walls of Troy (as a punishment set upon him by Zeus), Poseidon was not given wages from the Trojan King."
So I could be wrong about Poseidon. I DO know that he hated the Greeks and that he was responsible for delaying Odysseus' voyage home, but he might have hated the Trojans more.

Look i am Greek, and this is the right answer as Homer says in "Iliad".
Greek Side : Hera, Athena, Poseidon, Hephestus, Hermes
Trojan Side : Apollo, Artemis, Ares, Aphrodite, Leto (mother of Apollo and Artemis) and the river god of Troy Scamander or Xanthos.
You know they fight with each other.
Hera vs Artemis winner Hera
Athena vs Ares - Aphrodite winner Athena
Hephestus vs Scamander winner Hephestus
Poseidon vs Apollo : Apollo recedes by respect winner Poseidon
Hermes vs Leto : Hermes recedes by respect winner Leto.
May i give you an advice? If you really want to learn about "Iliad" and Troy read Homer , don't watch the movie because everything, about the story, in this movie is wrong.

apollo was on the trojans side, thats why brad pitt decapitates the statue of it outside the temple b4 he finds that fit girl
