you can not sue from a small claim court for an amount to small if you claim is in six figures then it must go to the High Court Of Justice. Small court is for little matters were no lawyers are allowed to represent they client you have to make out your own case in the small claims court so issue summons from the High Court and start you case all the best

Small Claims court has a limit as to the amount you are seeking. In Civil Court there is not a set amount unless set by your particular state.
