The short answer is maybe - and this is independent of either wheel or vehicle manufacturer. Even when the wheel diameter (14" in your case) is identical between wheels, many differences may, and in fact probably do, exist. Any difference in wheel width, bolt pattern, center offset and thickness of wheel material could (or should) prevent wheel substitution. For example, the center offset is typically so different from front-wheel drive and rear-wheel drive wheels, that using one on the other is not recommended. Any retailer that sells wheels could look up which wheels would fit.

How in the world do you expect someone to answer a non question?

I don't mean to be...well mean, but when you come into some intelligence and common sense, ask the question like someone who really wants an answer.
