Google "marriage license Eugene OR". Both of you have to go down to a local courthouse or county clerk's/recorder's office, and apply for one. Usually there's a fee of around $50.

We went down to the courthouse, paid our $20, and had ours. Our state has like a 7 day waiting period though, so you may want to check that out.

find the closest county cout and call them. Find out what documents you need (ex: birthcertificate, ss card) and then you will both have to be present to apply.
