I TOTALLY agree with you.
Plastic surgery is for those who are VERY insecure with their self image. They have no self-esteem and no self-confidence whatsoever. It's a sad story really.
Everyone should just accept themselves for who they truly are. God made each and every one of us different and unique. We should show THAT off instead of fake breasts or a fake nose.
I'm so against being fake, I won't even wear make-up.

Television and magazines set a false ideal of what a person is "supposed" to look like. I'm sure your ideas of what is attractive has been influenced by what you have seen on TV.
People want to be attractive. I don't know anyone who WANTS to be ugly. I'm sure its hard to look in the mirror every day and think...wow...I"m really butt ugly.
Not only that, being ugly negatively affects your chances of succeeding in the world. Not that you can't overcome the negative...but if there is a way to fix the "ugly" why not do it?

They get plastic surgery because they think it will help them. I never want to do that, and I think you're right. I think that when you get plastic surgery, matters get worse. Every time the blade touches your skin, there's a risk of infection or even death.

I guess e/one may have their own specific reason. But it all boils down to insecurity. Thus no amt of "outter" alteration is ever gonna correct one's "inner" emotions. Michael Jackson is a pure example of that theory.

sometimes girls feel better with bigger breasts. imagine if they had like A cups. it would be like you having a 2 inch penis. if it makes you happier, i don't see what the problem is.
