What a delightful time of life and to look forward to a birthday party with friends sounds great!
Somewhere within Bergen County is at least one roller skating indoor rink who'd be happy to have the party catered there. You'll have to arrange things beforehand (# of guests, type of food & drink.) Generally these parties are set for a particular time and duration.
I see colored balloons and a really happy time. Her school chums will enjoy this birthday party. Make sure you take loads of pictures; she's growing up fast enough as it is. Have fun!
