Tie Pikachu to a stake. Mew will kill him and eat him and this will slow him down. Then send in Misty and May along with Kanto. They will all die of course; but this will weaken Mew enough for Meowth to make short work of him. "Gotta catch 'em all!!!!"

You can only get the Mew mission once you've beaten the 10th mission of the story mode and the 2 Ranger Net missions that are before it. If you're already playing the mission then the best advice for Mew other than a water assist is a ghost assist. There's a Shedinja near the Jungle Relic.
