Why don't car manufacturers quote CO2 emissions for cars on American websites? Al Gore states that the USA is worse than China and India for emissions.

Al Gore is a ... well he sucks. Emission testing is just another way of putting it to the consumer. Since we all know they can make engines that get great mileage and cause far less polution. They dont do it cause it might hurt someones oil profits.

it up to congress to pass the law. since there are no law about it, they don"t post it.
