Sometimes the swamp is used to represent the relationship existing between mother and child, or sometimes, though not so often, between father and child. The marsh here represents the difficulty felt in breaking away from parental control, the emotional hold over you, and the ties of security and protection. Or the difficulties faced in becoming real individuals.
this dream may show feelings of despair of great uncertainty in a relationship.

Dreams about swamps symbolize aspects of yourself that are repressed and dark. You may be feeling insecure. To dream that you are walking through a swampy area, foretells that you will find yourself in an troublesome situation. Disappointments in love may be coming :(
The snake is a powerful dream symbol, associated with the feminine, healing and spirituality. Being bitten by a snake in a dream is actually positive, meaning you are accepting all parts of your nature as you grow into a stronger person. (good job!)

Snake
To see a snake or be bitten by one in your dream, signifies hidden fears and worries that are threatening you. Your dream may be alerting you to something in your waking life that you are not aware of or that has not yet surfaced. The snake may also be seen as phallic and thus symbolize dangerous and forbidden sexuality. The snake may also refer to a person around you who is callous, ruthless, and can't be trusted. As a positive symbol, snakes represent transformation, knowledge and wisdom. It is indicative of self-renewal and positive changes.

If it were me that had this dream. I would be thinking that it meant that I was around a lot of bad things/people. I would take it as a warning that if I'm not careful, something bad would happen.(hence getting bitten) It may not mean anything to you,but I listen to my dreams all the time. I think it's a way that our subconscious lets us know things.I have never been let down by listening to my dreams.
