Go into Luminous Cave alone!
I have a question with your question... If you have beaten Rayquaza and Evolved yourself why are you asking us if you know how to do it yourself...
The only reason I could come up with is that you want to know if we have played the game and in that case good question and I have played the game!
For answer below mine...
Val there is no X button on the Nintendo D.S.
and Wishcash Pond isn't fully right it is in the cave like I mentioned above!

go to your friends friend area and make them join your team then talk to them again and click make leader. Then go out the friend areas and click the X button then goto friend and click standby on all your pokemon except the first one. Then go to the hole in whiscash pond and evolve. If you still can't evolve it means your pokemon is either not at a high enough level or you need an item to evolve.
