You're going to have to read the book and get an idea of what each chapter is about. The chapter title can just be a short description of the chapter, or it can be something clever you think up. You could even use the name of a person who is primarly featured in the chapter.

The last chapter might be
Rose of Sharon's Gift

I could give you suggestions, but to do so would allow you the freedom of not having to read the book. The idea is to read each chapter, find it's focus and choose a title from there, If I gave you the titles, you would not actually have to do the assignment. I'll get you started: Chapter one: After you read it, you find it is about the farming families somewhere in Oklahoma, struggling to make a corn crop survive under unforgiving mother nature's hand. After a horrible windstorm (possibly tornado) whe wind has left dirt, and dust blanketing it in a thick layer from the dry summer ground over the earth and ruined the corn crops. The families are left to find out how they will survive, relying on the strength of the man of the house to guide them.
Title possibilities? Windstorm, Corn Money, Indian Summer, Oklahoma Dust, Corn Day, You pick any number of words that hold meaning in this situation

Good Luck, next chapter, your move!
