Note that you have 5001 (=15000 - 10000 + 1) five - digit numbers. If you can write 81 characters in a line, you can put
5*x + (x - 1) = 81
6x = 82
x = 82/6 = 13 2/3
at most 13 numbers on a line, so you'll have to have
5001/13 = 384.7
385 lines of text. If there are 46 lines on a page, you will have
385/46 = 8.4
anout 8 and a half pages of numbers with one space between each.
Hope your eyes won't leak out.

In Microsoft Excel, type in 10000 in the A1, then 10001 in A2. Then, click on A2, and on the bottom right there is a big square dot. Click on the dot and drag it down until you read 15000, and copy and paste until it fits on one page.

That seems like a funny thing for someone to post on the web. Maybe it's out there, but I think your best bet is to make one yourself, probably by using a spreadsheet (such as Excel, but there are many others).
In cell A1, put 10000.
In cell B1, put "=A1 + 350".
Copy the contents of B1 and paste to C1...O1. (You can do this in Excel by clicking cell B1 and dragging the tiny black square to the right, filling out to Column O.)
In cell A2, put "=A1 + 1".
Copy the contents of A2 and paste to B2...O2.
Copy the contents of A2...O2 and paste to A3...O350.
