Forgive me if this question is dunce but......what was Emma's secret? Referring to the issue of Astonishing x-men where "Danger" has beaten and seemingly killed the other x-men and only Emma is left. Danger basically tells her to give up the fight, Emma responds with a why should i to which Danger responds "I know your secret". At that Emma gives up the fight and lets Danger knock her unconscious.

I'm aware that Emma was working for the H.C. (actually Cassandra Nova) but it made it seem like there was some other secret.

Actually my guess was that Emma was pregnant, Danger knew this and was basically saying "I know you're willing to fight me to the death" but I know you're carrying and will do whatever it takes to win. Thats the only answer I could think of that would make Emma just let herself be defeated like that.

The only secret I know about Emma Frost, is that she is not a natural blonde. And I doubt that this is the secret he was referring to. Or, he may not have known any secret. It could have been a psychological attack to get her distracted, wondering WHICH secret he knew (I’m sure she must have a bunch) so that he could knock her out. I didn’t see the issue, so I don’t know whether she deliberately dropped her defenses, or whether it could have been a distraction, as I said. (Wasn’t Cassandra Nova quite a while ago…? During the Marvel Month of Silence…?)

I know the issue you're talking about because I have that book.

Hmmm... not really sure because I've been out of the loop on all the X books for a while. Too many X books out there, and you need a score card just to keep track of everything's that's going on.
