Marriage is a deep commitment between a husband and a wife. When two become one and the other persons needs are more important than your own. I have been luck enough to be married to my wife for five and a half years. I am not saying we are perfect, but we are always willing to work together to overcome issues and we are quick to say we are sorry when we make a mistake.

Well, marriage is a very big commitment. In modern day to me it has seemed pointless since the divorce rating has now climbed to 65 percent among American couples. I don't think you need to be married to have true love. I like what Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn has done. Those are two good examples. They have been together for many years and are still not married. I think it is a waste of money anymore. Save it and take the one you love on a nice vacation.
