Pre-civilized means the living style of humans before they started living as a family. Before the formation of family system humans used to live like other animals without any socialor attachment and emotional attachment was limited to matting at all. But as time goes humans developed lenguage and started communicating their thoughts for each other and started to live to gether as lifepartner and also started growing children under their supervision even after they learnt to feed on their own.
historic means those people who are documented in the pages of history books. Once the humans started taking notes of once own deeds and others, the history started taking shape so whatever which is documented in the pages of records are historic, no matter whether it is a piece of art or cloths of any emperor of past.

Do you mean "pre-civilized" and "pre-historic"?

Pre-civilized is before man started doing the things we consider civilized: settling in communities, farming, using pottery, etc.

Pre-historic is before "history", that is, a record of events (generally written, but may be expanded to include oral histories in societies with an oral tradition). Therefore, the defintion of what is "pre-historic" varies from place to place depending on how far back the society's history goes.

Everything that as happened before our time is historic, precivilized dates back to around 9500BC where it is thought that the first group of people created a social structure in which man no longer depended solely on himself for survival. First writing occured, first pottery, metal tools, animal domestication, and this coming together to help each other survive in an organized social structure dates "civilization" anything before that is "pre-civilized".

Civilization refers to a particular way of living and a core set of values and beliefs associated wth writing, agriculture and permanent settlements. By this definition there are still a handful of pre-civilized groups today. The historic period begins when Man first began to record his history. Herodotus is often considered the first true historian, although, of course, a form of history predates his efforts.

Historical is usually considered WRITTEN or verbal history in "modern" times (in other words the more civilize period since man has mastered the arts of bronze and iron production, writing, the wheel, etc.), whereas pre-civilized means exactly what the word says: before "modern" civilization started changing mankind's life (before the whee, farming with grains and live-stock, etc. - when man was still just a hunter who ate berries along the way).
