My wife and I were together for ten years and she wanted me to move out also. I said no, I didn't want a divorce, she did. I was in the military for 9 years and the home was a VA loan. 7 months later she moved out and we got divorced. I helped her move, assembled furniture for her and even trimmed the weeds and gave her tools for her townhouse. Then I refinanced the house and gave her 1/2 of the equity minus the debt load. Part of the divorce that I had to do. She actually asked me how I am so nice to her when she is always so mean to me? I told her that I didn't want a divorce and that I wasn't mad at her and we must get along for a long time to come because we have a daughter together that is only two. After the child was born she finally told me she wanted a divorce a long time, but just wanted a child. Yes I got 50-50 custody. We get along and we still have to see each other because of our daughter. Good Luck.

Your wife is treating you lie sh*t. YOU are paying for the house YOU are taking care of the 3 kids. WTH is she doing??? DEMAND respect from her and let her KNOW that YOU wear the pants in the house not her!! YOU seem to be doing all the work so YOU get to wear the pants. TELL her is she wants the kitchen cleaner then why doesn't she clean it herself?? TELL her she needs to stop complaining and how dare she put YOU out of the house YOUR paying for! She has NO rights at all! YES YOU ARE BEING TAKING FOR GRANTED.

Now I am lost and confused! Is it her home, or does it belong to the both of you? Has she told you she wants you out, or does it just seem that way? Are you paying for being with her or paying for the house for 15 years?

She cannot force you to move out. If she wants to seperate, then she can leave.

I'm sorry, but in all do respects, I'm sure she helped in one way or another to also pay for the home. Maybe not with $$$ but cleaning, decorating and putting up with you!

Offer her an amount then to get her out and you keep living there then.

When a couple is married it is Both your house. If she wants you to leave then you need to get a divorce to sort out who gets what.

Divorce her ...
you can prove you pay for the home so it is half yours in court.
Home is community property..
Sell it or make her sell it and give you 1/2 the money.
