Spray some glass cleaner (Windex, etc) on a paper towel and then wipe your phone off. This is what I use to clean finger prints and other grime off my razor.

Lysol is not sticky at all so that is unusual. It may have melted some glue WIpe off what you can wipe off, use paper towel.
The cell phones usually have a transparent plastic cover over the main display plate to protect it from scratches. My guess is that it melted or dissolved the backing on that. Just remove it, use rubbing alcohol to remove the last of the glue.
It should be back to normal after that.

In chemistry, like dissolves like. I've done this before. It sounds as though the Lysol partially dissolved the paint on your phone. The best thing to do is leave it out in a dry, warm area and let the paint set again. This can take days! If the paint is uneven, you can put a little alcohol on your finger and smooth it out, but you're really better off just leaving the unit alone until it dries.
You could also contact Motorola and ask them.

Wipe off phone with a Q-Tip or cotton ball that is damp with rubbing alcohol. Go over lightly until residue is removed. Should avoid lysol and stick with plain alcohol.

You could use a towelette (like the give out at restaurants) to wipe it off--just be careful not to get too much of the moisture all over it. You could also try a lightly damp cloth or purchase some cleaner that is specifically made for electronics. I think Wal-Mart might even carry it.
